Ben graduated from Selinsgrove Area High School in 2014. He then attended McDaniel College, where he played football and graduated in 2018 with a B.A. Degree in Political Science with a Sociology minor. He then pursued his Juris Doctorate degree at Duquesne University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, graduating in 2021 and was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that same year.
At Duquesne, Ben was the President of the Jewish Law Students Association. In 2019, he and a team of presenters were awarded a Steel Tree grant from Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh for the formation of the Jewish Lawyers and Law Students Association of Greater Pittsburgh. As a student of the law, Ben held internships at the Pennsylvania Innoncence Project and the District Attorney’s Office of Allegheny County. He earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for his achievement in Trial Advocacy.
After graduating in 2021, he accepted his position as an associate attorney with Grabill Law Offices, where he practices extensively in the areas of criminal defense, family law, and general civil matters. He shares Grabill Law Office’s mission of providing his clients zealous and determined representation.
Ben has been involved in local high school mock trial competitions, acting as a juror and providing constructive feedback to students aspiring to a career in law. He currently coaches football at Hollidaysburg Area High School. Ben is married to Ginger Glass, a Duncansville native whom he met while they were students at Duquesne Law.
