Devin graduated from Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School in 2008. Immediately thereafter, he attended the University of Pittsburgh, Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology and a minor in History. Devin then attended Duquesne University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate degree, graduating in 2017.

At Duquesne, Devin was selected to be a member of the Trial Advocacy competition team. He competed in the Academy of Trial Lawyers Mock Trial Competition and the Annual National Trial Advocacy Competition. He was also a member of the Justice Louis L. Manderino Honor Society. In 2016, while continuing his legal studies, Devin interned with the Sommer Law Group, PC.

Following graduation in 2017, he accepted a position at Lifestyle Support Services Inc., as Corporate Counsel, where he advised and represented the corporation in matters pertaining to unemployment, EEOC matters, contracts, and crafting corporate policies. In 2019, Devin accepted a position as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Daniel J. Milliron, where he was responsible for managing his assigned Judge’s caseload, conducting legal research, and drafting legal opinions and orders for Judge Milliron’s criminal and civil caseload.

In 2021, he accepted a position with the Blair County Public Defender’s Office, as a Public Defender, providing his clients zealous criminal defense representation in the County of Blair. Thereafter, in 2023, Devin accepted his position as an associate attorney with Grabill Law Offices.

Devin regularly volunteers at his church, the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament. He also speaks to students at various local colleges, who are interested in someday practicing law. Devin is married to Shawney Bennati, an Air Force veteran, and they have two children together.
